Top-up Service for International Calls |

We are currently promoting a service to our customers who wish to make even larger savings when making international calls. This service can be used from any phone including most mobiles. This service has been designed to be easy and cheap to use. You simply call a top-up number from your phone that tops-up with 3 minutes of call time each time it is used. The top-up number is 0871 955 5445. There are also several alternative top-up numbers listed here. The call to the top-up number only lasts a couple of seconds and you will only pay a few pence on most networks*. The credit is fully applied once the message starts playing on the top-up number, so you can hang up as soon as the message begins to play. This helps customers to top-up with credit very quickly. This service works on BT Landlines, Virgin, O2, Orange and T-Mobile. Topping up by Text works from all UK mobile networks. For every top-up call you earn 3 minutes of call time to any line in India or any of the other destinations on the full destination list below. A top-up call only takes a couple of seconds, so just redial several times to add more credit. During each call it will tell you how much credit you have. We have now added a new top-up service where you can also top-up with standard text messages. You can top-up using both the 0871 number and texts, and the credit is all combined onto one account. Tips |
| To store numbers prefixed with our number in your mobile's phonebook, try adding a new entry such as
02380987989[Pause]00XXXXXXXXX, substituting X's for an actual number. On most mobiles a pause can be added to a number by pressing and holding the * key until the * changes to a square or a letter P. On Nokia phones you need to press the * key 3 times in quick succession to input a pause. A pause is needed to ensure you connect to our number before the phone dials the actual mobile number.
