Top-up by Text for International Calls |

This service has been designed to be very easy to use. You simply send a text message containing your town or postcode to one of our text top-up numbers. These numbers are not premium services. You will only be charged the rate for standard texts, and if you have free or unlimited text messages, you will not need to pay anything to text our top-up numbers. These numbers are not Channel Islands numbers, but proper UK numbers. The top-up numbers are listed as follows:
You will have to send three text messages to get one minute of calling time to India, or any of the other destinations in the full destination list below. You can make this process much easier by sending a message containing your town or postcode to all five text top-up numbers at once. This way you could get nearly 2 minutes of calling time for each message you send. If your phone allows, you can also create multiple phonebook entries for each text number and then send one message to each entry allowing the same message to be sent to the same underlying number several times at once. This would allow you to top-up for 10 minutes or even an hour with one message. Simply create a template message and address book group, and you could top-up lots of minutes in just a few clicks! This service works from any UK mobile, including those on O2, Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile, Three and Virgin. To make a call to your destination, just use one of the geographic access numbers. Credit will be added when text messages are received by our systems. Message delivery is generally reliable, but relies upon mobile networks outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for situations where messages are sent, but do not get delivered to our systems. | To store numbers prefixed with our number in your mobile's phonebook, try adding a new entry such as
02380987989[Pause]00XXXXXXXXX, substituting X's for an actual number. On most mobiles a pause can be added to a number by pressing and holding the * key until the * changes to a square or a letter P. On Nokia phones you need to press the * key 3 times in quick succession to input a pause. A pause is needed to ensure you connect to our number before the phone dials the actual mobile number.
